Angelica Pickles and Susie Carmichael are 13-year-old singing-obsessed teenagers. Tommy is eleven years old and is still best friends with the ever-nervous Chuckie. Phil and Lil Deville struggle to find their identity and spend less time around each other. Dil is Tommy's rather odd nine-year-old younger brother.
